Short breaks and Bank holidays
Short breaks minimum 3 nights *(excluding Bank Holidays - see below)	£120/night (Minimum stay 3 nights)
Christmas - New Year - Easter - May and August Bank Holidays	£120/night (Minimum stay 4 nights) or £695 per week

Weekly lets are Friday to Friday. Mid week breaks may be available subject to availability. A deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. Short breaks require payment in full atr time of booking. Bookings are subject to our Conditions of Hire. Bookings are confirmed in writing. Balance is due 28 days before arrival date or payment in full if arrival date is less than 28 days.

Arrival time on day of arrival 3pm onwards. Please confirm your expected time of arrival. Please vacate your property by 10am on the day of your departure at the very latest.
